• Printed paper goods (cards, prints, decorations, mail club items)

• Digital products and business kits

• Custom design services (including Squarespace web design and branding)

We reserve the right to update, change or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full at checkout before products are dispatched or digital goods delivered.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Shipping (Physical Products)

6. Mail Club / Subscription

For subscription products:

• Payments are taken as agreed at sign-up.

• You may cancel future payments at any time before the next billing cycle.

• Previously shipped items are non-refundable.

7. Custom Design Services

For web design, branding and creative services:

• A written agreement and invoice will outline project scope and payment terms.

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Final files or websites will not be transferred until full payment is received.

Och & Aye reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Returns & Refunds

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt if:

• The item is unused and in original condition.

• The customer covers return postage.

Custom items and digital products are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, digital files and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Och & Aye.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Och & Aye shall not be liable for:
